Question 1

What is THE BEST COUNTRY?

Accepted Answer

A ranking of countries that resets every season. You buy Points and assign them to a country; the country with the most Points is number one. The top twenty of each season score toward a permanent all-time table.

Question 2

What do I actually get for my money?

Accepted Answer

Points. They are digital content: they move your country up the public ranking, and they unlock a short public message from ten Points up. That is all they do.

Question 3

Is there a prize?

Accepted Answer

No. There is no prize, no payout and no money to be won. Nothing is decided at random either, so this is not gambling, not a lottery and not a raffle: the ranking is the arithmetic sum of the Points assigned.

Question 4

Does the money go to the country I pick?

Accepted Answer

No. Nothing is donated to any country, government or institution. Picking a country is a label on a leaderboard; the purchase price is the price of the digital content.

Question 5

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Points are delivered immediately, so purchases are final. Consumers in the EU, the EEA and the UK have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content that ends once delivery begins with their express consent, which we ask for and record at checkout. We do refund duplicate charges, failed deliveries and unauthorised transactions.

Question 6

What happens when a season ends?

Accepted Answer

The standing is frozen and recorded in the all-time table, and a new season starts from zero. Points do not carry over. Seasons close on a Sunday at 23:59 UTC.

Question 7

Who can play?

Accepted Answer

Anyone aged 18 or over, or the age of majority where they live, who can lawfully use the service from where they are.
