Nature of the service
THE BEST is a paid online entertainment service that sells digital content (Points) which position a country on a public ranking. It is not gambling, not a lottery, not a donation platform and not a financial service. There is no prize and no payout.
Consumer dispute resolution
We are willing to resolve disputes directly: write to info@thebestcountry.lol. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union and we cannot agree, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body competent in your country. We are not obliged, and do not undertake, to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless the law requires it.
